Norm graduated from Princeton University with a degree in aerospace engineering and spent his summer breaks designing and building race cars. He raced formula cars right out of college, winning races and championships while earning the Grand Prix Press Association's award as America's future Grand Prix star. After a successful five year career, Norm moved into the world of business with his own manufacturing company. Focusing on innovation, Norm led a creative team that designed unique products and quickly grew the company, which sold after ten years to a $1 Billion competitor. Norm transitioned into a two year film school program, followed by four years of writing and development of several projects. He then wrote, directed and produced his first feature, Her Best Move. Norm lives in the San Francisco area with his wife Leslie; together, they have three children. As of April, 2010, Norm is expanding Summertime Films with a slate of seven original films.
